 Yellowfoot Vermicelli fideuà
100% natural without preservatives nor artificial colors nor artificial flavors. It can be used as a first course or as a side dish. Also ideal for starters. The combination of pasta with mushrooms is a sure success.

Noodles (may contain traces of egg), cantharellus lutescens, garlic and parsley

  • Fry the onion in a skillet, add and fry the vermicelli. Add hot water and the powder broth
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Let it boil about 15 minutes, adding water if needed and salt.
  • Accompany with All-i-oli (garlic sauce). ENJOY!
