 Traditional Vermicelli fideuà

  • Fry the onion in a skillet, add and fry the vermicelli. Add hot water and the powder broth
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Let it boil about 15 minutes, adding water if needed and salt.
  • Accompany with All-i-oli (garlic sauce). ENJOY!
