Horn of plenty risotto
100% natural without preservatives nor artificial colors nor artificial flavors. It can be used as a first course or as a side dish. Also ideal for starters. The combination of rice with mushrooms is a sure success.

Ingredients:
Extra category rice, *craterellus cornucopioides, *garlic and *parsley
* Dehydrated ingredients  

Recipe:   
  • Boil water in a bowl
  • Fry the onion in a skillet
  • Add the risotto and fry it a little with the onion. Add a bit of white wine (optional) and let it reduce a little.
  • Add hot water and the powder broth and season with salt
  • Let it boil about 20 minutes, adding water if needed and salt
  • Towards the end of cooking time add some butter and/or grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Serve hot. ENJOY!
